The Fifth Volume of Blame! was released in September of 2000 by Kodansha, and on August 8th, 2006 by TOKYOPOP.

This volume continues Killy and Cibo's investigation of Toha Heavy Industries, and they find themselves closer to an answer. But when Killy gets caught in Mensab's teleportation field, he finds himself in an alternate reality. He must now find a way to return to his own reality, encountering another version of Cibo and an even more dangerous version of Silicon Creatures.
