"Electronic Knight" is the twenty-third chapter of Blame!, and the fifth chapter of Volume 4.

Synopsis[]

Ivy and Maeve attack and maim both Killy and Cibo. They pause when Mensab and Seu materialize in a column of light. She mistakes the two travelers for Netsphere messengers, and explains that Toha maintains a refusal to cooperate with them. She bids them to leave, causing them to disappear in similar lights.

Ivy demands that Mensab hand over the humans she is protecting. Mensab responds by ordering Seu to attack.

Killy finds himself falling through a maintenance shaft, and catches himself. The fairy-like Custodians find him, unsure whether he can understand their speech. They are carrying Cibo’s unconscious body, and he follows them towards a mysterious structure.
